Shock as Aussie cricketer Hughes dies from head injuries

By Martin Parry | AFP – 1 hour 15 minutes ago British time 9.00am Thursday November 27.
Australian batsman Phillip Hughes died Thursday from a rare head injury after a sickening on-field blow in one of the highest-profile sporting fatalities since the death of Formula One great Ayrton Senna.

Hughes, who was due to celebrate his 26th birthday this weekend, never regained consciousness after being hit at the base of the skull by a rising ball while batting for South Australia against New South Wales at the Sydney Cricket Ground on Tuesday.

"It is my sad duty to inform you that a short time ago Phillip Hughes passed away," Australian team doctor Peter Brukner said, adding later that he died from an injury to the neck that caused haemorrhage in the brain.

"He never regained consciousness following his injury on Tuesday. He was not in pain before he passed and was surrounded by his family and close friends."

PHILIP FENTON UNDER THE PRESENT ANCIENT OUT OF ORDER RULES OF HORSERACING IN IRELAND, BRITAIN, AND WORLDWIDE IS NOT GUILTY OF ANY CRIME WHATSOEVER.

Fenton cannot be victimized by any male government, as neither can the 7 riders banned at Sedgfield yesterday.

UNJUST PUNISHMENTS BEING DISHED OUT BY FALSE  EVIL MALE GOVERNMENT THEORY.

Fenton cannot be judged to have broken any current rules of horseracing because there are none anywhere in the world today. The 7 riders banned in void-race fiasco as Sedgefield yesterday cannot be legally banned either.
True horsemen  must never again be expected to put-up-and-shut-up, prompted by the male bloodhorse illiterate government into saying "That's Racing". To tow the line to suit only false male governments. No, no, no.

Male government have ensured legally that true horseracing rules do not exist because they are all bloodhorse illiterate, therefore no honourable court of law can convict Fenton for caring for his racehorses in training when they get badly hurt, with government not allowing a true medication zone to exist for racehorse trainers in any country worldwide. Same with The Young Master injustice. Government in debt to Paul Mulrennan for failing miserably, a public government apology is needed, together with a considerable financial settlement for libel and slander.
The issue of  "The Legally Illiterate" .
The issue of "The Bloodhorse Illiterate" .
The issue of  "The Legally Literate " .
The sound issue of "The Bloodhorse Literate"

Male governments through denying licensed trainers a "True Veterinary Medication Zone" ongoing over the last 6 decades are in breach of all RSPCA  rules.

How are global jockeys expected to ride in any race in any country
who does not have any true horseracing rules? Dreadfully unjust, impossible, for the
jockeys and for the racehorses and for the punters.

This a typical male government injustice issue brought about by bloodhorse illiterate authorities, meddling in things they know little to nothing about.

“Bradstock blasts vets at Plumpton. "

“Coneygree withdrawn at start ...

“SARA BRADSTOCK is threatening legal action after Coneygree, trained by her husband Mark, was withdrawn on veterinary advice at the start of the novice chase at Plumpton yesterday.

“ The seven- year- old, a Grade 2 hurdles winner, had been well backed to make a winning return after 660 days off the track in a race the winner of which automatically qualified for a £60,000 bonus if they go on to win any chase at the Cheltenham Festival. The veterinary team agreed Conneygree was sound when he was examined again after his return from the start, but were adamant he had appeared lame and were acting in the horse’s best interest.

Bradstock stormed: “It’s a disgrace. The vet knows nothing. He’s never seen the horse in his life. I’m absolutely livid. I would not take any risk with a horse. I absolutely love them.

“Nico  [de Boinville], who knows him and rode him, said there was nothing wrong. It’s not like Nico said “Would you have a look at him please’ . There’s nothing wrong. He was throwing his head because he has not been on a racecourse, and was excited. It’s what horses do. “

“Who’s going to pay for our expenses and the last month’s training fees? Our horses are so pampered and loved, we know them, we love them and they are sound. And this horse is still sound. I will sue them. My brother [the former Patrick Lawrence , now Lord Oaksey] is a partner and he’s a QC.  Bradstock said “The trouble is the BHA is a law in itself. “.

Vets as Doctors, not necessarily horsemen usually they are all bloodhorse illiterate around racehorses in training and in the saddle at this level.

Burbidge: “I’m not giving up without a fight."

By Bruce Jackson

“MIKE BURBIDGE, owner of Saturday’s Badger Ales Trophy winner The Young Master, has vowed to fight all the way for his ineligible novice chaser to keep the Wincanton race on Saturday November 8.

“It was not until after The Young Master had romped home in the Listed handicap chase that it emerged the five-year-old had not been qualified for the £60,000 Class 1 race as, being a novice, he was required to have run three times over fences.

“Burbidge said yesterday: “I have been in racing for 20 years and am not going to give this up without a fight. I think they (government) have made a cock-up, and we’ll end up paying for it. “

“The owner said the entry had been made on the Weatherbys website and claimed there was no reference to the condition relating to novices contesting the race.

“He added: “I can’t understand the problem as it was to our disadvantage he had run in only two relevant races. If they, (government) disqualified him, what are they (government) going to do with his handicap mark? They (government) can’t put it up if they say he has effectively not run in the race. Something has to give and I’ll get a solicitor involved if needed.

“The Wincanton Stewards, alerted too late to prevent The Young Master from running, forwarded a report to the BHA (government) after racing. The BHA (government) is expected to act on it today and quiz Weatherby’s, who are responsible for racing administration, over the blunder.

“A Weatherby’s spokesman said there would be no comment from their end in advance of the BHA (government) inquiries.

“As connections of runner-up Court By Surprise said they would not be objecting, it will be left to the BHA (government) to set in motion the process of a formal hearing, which is likely to lead to The Young Master’s disqualification.

Is this how Master slipped through Weatherbys net?

THE title of a flat race The Young Master ran in at Kempton on Wednesday 19, February 2014 might be the reason why the ineligibility of the Neil Mulholland-trained winner of Saturday’s Badger Ales Trophy was not picked up by Weatherbys.

“Having regularly switched between the Flat and hurdles, The Young Master finished tenth of 11 in the 2m BetBright Chase Day 22.02.14  Handicap on February 19 before embarking on a seven- month summer break.

“The word ‘Chase’ in the race title could have confused the Weatherbys computer into thinking The Young Master had competed in three chases prior to his run at Wincanton on Saturday-his other chase starts having come in a beginners’ chase at Worcester and an amateur riders’ chase at Cheltenham. “

WORLDWIDE HORSERACING GOVERNMENTS'  BLOODHORSE ILLITERACY MAKES ALL WORLD GOVERNMENTS ' ACTING IN ERROR  GUILTY OF PERJURY.
Jumps Turf Meetings which omit to state the number of hurdles and chase fences to be jumped in each and every race are misleading the punters and the public in general as well.  There is a huge difference between a race with 21 big chase fences to be jumped, to a Flat race. The Young Master won this steeple chase fair and square. It would be a cruel government injustice if The Young Master's Win was disqualified through government's own bloodhorse illiterate errors.
