A) When are the British, Irish, American and Australian political, legal and horseracing government going to wake up to the fact that they have over the last 6 decades and still are today financially ripping off all the true horsemen who provide horseracing in Britain every day.
B) When are the British, Irish, American and Australian political, legal and horseracing government going to wake up to the fact that they have over the last 6 decades been regulating horseracing without "Bloodhorse Literate Horseracing Rules. A highly dangerous practice. These governments are making it impossible for jockeys they license to do their job to win races properly. These Bloodhorse Illiterate government people don't have the right to licence any jockey or any trainer either. Their Licensing Department is a fake, as is their Disciplinary Department a fake.
