FRIDAY MARCH 6 RACING POST 2015. BILL BARBER "GRASSROOTS URGED

TO SHOW SUPPORT FOR 'RACING RIGHT' BUT WHOSE RACING RIGHT?
“Grassroots urged to show support for ‘racing right’
By Bill Barber Industry Editor:  As published in the Racing Post Thursday March 5, 2015 Page 19.

By J Margaret Clarke Turfcall Factfile. Translation herewith:

“ RACING’S grassroots are being asked to demonstrate their support for the ‘racing right’ as a method of replacing the government levy system by the sport’s two government rulers.
JMC:
British horseracing RACING'S grassroots vaguely stated here termed above to be: "the 'racing right' . "
There are several other 'racing right zones' involved within the sport of British horseracing which it is observed have not been mentioned here at all,  by Bill Barber, Industry Editor for the Racing Post.

So here is a reminder list for government of what other key 'racing right zones'  are evident within what government tell us is the British multi-billion pound  horseracing  industry. A government  being run by  bloodhorse illiterate fake government impostors, over the last 6 decades, and to this very day, Friday March 6, 2015:

1. The Rules of British Horseracing 'racing right' that should by rights be contained honourably and honestly within the Rules of Bloodhorse Literate British Horseracing.
2. The British horseracing breeders 'racing right'
3. The British political and legal government: 'racing right'
4. The British horseracing government: (BHA) 'racing right'
5. The British horseracing owners 'racing right'
6. The British horseracing trainers 'racing right'
7. The British horseracing Group 1 handler-riders, including licensed jockey's 'racing rights' .
8. The British horseracing Group 2 handler-riders 'racing rights' .
9. The British horseracing Group 3 handler-riders 'racing rights' .
10. The British horseracing Group 4 learner-student career structure 'racing rights' .

“The BHA has called on racing’s participants to write to bloodhorse illiterate Helen Grant, the minister with the responsibility for racing and betting, as well  as their own MP’s, virtually on the eve of the Cheltenham Festival Championships week 2015  to hammer home the benefits it believes the right would have for the industry. Helen Grant is bloodhorse illiterate, as is Nick Rust bloodhorse illiterate acting on behalf of both governments . With obviously no translator any where in sight. No benefits stated anywhere here .... Further bloodhorse illiterate government financial rip-offs? Governments fraudulent financial scam's burdened upon true horsemen ? Governments massive legal bills and expenses to be paid by the tax payers no doubt.
HELEN GRANT BLOODHORSE ILLITERATE MP

“A government consultation on what is officially called the horseracing betting right closes in a week’s time, to which racing, in the form of the BHA, Horseman’s Group and Racecourse Association, will be making a collective response. Interesting government timeline.

“However, owners, trainers, jockeys, breeders and stable staff have been contacted asking them to show the whole industry supports the move. " to hammer home the benefits governments believes the right would have for the industry???? What are the two government benefits? Is anyone allowed to know?   Bill Barber states in the above paragraph: " The BHA, Horseman’s Group and Racecourse Association, will be making a collective response. A flippant dishonest evil government fob off statement this. “However, owners, trainers, jockeys, breeders and stable staff have been contacted asking them to show the whole industry supports the move. " to hammer home the benefits governments believes the right would have for the industry?????

“BHA chief executive bloodhorse illiterate Nick Rust (pictured) said : “We’re in the process of demonstrating, to the minister and politicians of all parties up and down the country, the breadth of support for a racing right from all corners of British racing. JMC: The blind left leading the blind again ....

“We’re clear it represents the best opportunity to set the finances of our sport on a fair and sustainable footing, and to protect and improve the livelihoods of the 85, 000 people across several business sectors and around the country connected with British racing. The blind left leading the blind again .... in one of the most dangerous sports anywhere in the world.

 NICK RUST

The British Horseracing Authority (BHA) has announced the appointment of Nick Rust, former Retail Director of Ladbrokes as new Chief Executive Officer.
Rust will replace outgoing CEO Paul Bittar, who ends a three year tenure at the helm of BHA.

“Government minister bloodhorse illiterate Matthew Hancock, whose constituency includes Newmarket, yesterday renewed his call for the introduction of a racing right and said he had written to Helen Grant (conservative government department)  on the subject. JMC: The blind left leading the blind again .... in one of the most dangerous sports anywhere in the world.

MATTHEW HANDCOCK
Matthew John David Hancock PC[1] (born 2 October 1978) is a British Conservative Party politician who was elected as the Member of Parliament (MP) for West Suffolk at the general election in May 2010.

“Bookmakers have voiced disquiet on the subject recently while announcing financial results for last year. Disquiet ....
Paddy Power said they continued “to reject the implication that racing needs additional  funding” ,  while Ladbrokes digital managing director  Jim Mullin said they had “a number of concerns about the operation of a racing right and the risk it brings to both parties. “  A number of concerns ...?  ENDS:
